We made a significant impact at the 2024 New York Build Expo last month, helping lead the way in innovation and sustainability within the construction and design industry. This event united  professionals from the tri-state area, creating a dynamic platform for sharing groundbreaking ideas and practices.

Our team’s contributions were highlighted by engaging presentations from Michelle Xuereb, Architect and Director of Innovation, who led a session titled 'The Net Zero Revolution: Achieving Climate Goals through Sustainable Building.' Her insights emphasized the critical role of sustainable building practices, sparking discussions on their incorporation into upcoming projects.

Following Michelle, Rosalind Tsang, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, our New York City Studio Director, delivered a presentation on 'Design Trends to Look Out for in 2024,' providing a glimpse into the future of design innovation and stirring excitement about what's next in the industry.

Wrapping up our series of talks, Richard Witt, Principal, hosted 'The Role of Biourbanism in Shaping Future Cities.' He explored how biourbanism could drive sustainable, human-centric urban development, attracting a diverse audience of architects and urban planners and fostering discussions on collaborative urban projects.

Our dedication to leading in sustainable building and design innovation was demonstrated at the 2024 Expo, where we engaged in vibrant discussions and witnessed a shared enthusiasm for a sustainable future. We are dedicated to shaping a better built environment, making the New York Build Expo 2024 a key milestone in our journey towards sustainable and innovative urban development.
