According to a recent study conducted by the Institute for Economics & Peace, it is anticipated that urban areas will house 70% of the world's population by 2050, a significant increase from the 54% recorded in 2020. This rapid urbanization can be attributed to both population growth and an ongoing trend favoring city living.

As professionals dedicated to shaping the urban landscape, it is imperative for us to ensure that the rising demand for high-density development is met with an approach that prioritizes equity, sustainability, and fiscal responsibility. Our goal is to stimulate innovation that fosters thriving communities where people can flourish.

In this report, we’ve gathered insights from members of our diverse global team, each offering valuable perspectives on a crucial aspect of successful high-density living in their respective cities and the value it can bring.
