We’re excited to be a part of the Humanizing High-density discussions and award presentations for our two CTBUH award-winning projects, 99 Gerrard and 307 Lake Shore Boulevard East, at the 2023 CTBUH International conference on 16-21 October at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore!
 

Our very own Principal, Sami Kazemi, on Tuesday 17 October, will present three insightful sessions that will explore inclusive strategies in his talk on high density living for all at Track F, Session 3: Design for All: Strategies for New Demographics, on Tuesday 17 October, at 2:00 pm. He will later join Michelle Xuereb, director of innovation, to showcase 99 Gerrard, a reimagined mixed use urban intensification project that has been recognized with the CTBUH Repositioning Award at Track E, Session 4: Repositioning Award (Part 1) on Tuesday, 17 October at 4:00 pm!

In addition, presenting on behalf of the Architectural team for 307 Lake shore Boulevard East, BDP Quadrangle Principal, Stefanie Siu Chong, will share the visionary approach to the design of 307 Lake Shore Boulevard East, an upcoming high rise development in Toronto that has been acknowledged with the CTBUH Future Project Award.  To continue, BDP Asia Pacific Principal, Jeremy Farrington will be a moderator for Track F, Session 6: Density, Well-Being and Social Value, on Wednesday, 18 October at 11:00 am, as he facilitates the discussion focused on how the concept of a "net-zero economy" reshaping our understanding of value.

Finally, BDP Singapore, Regional Director, Raymond Hoe, will be presenting Vertical Serendipity Presentation at Workshop: Architectural Design on Monday, 16 October at 1:30pm! His presentation will focus on how to balance natural and human communities, built environment, society, and nature.
