With an eye for detail and an unfailingly positive attitude, Lani oversees the flow and accuracy of our proposals and fees.
As our in-house fee specialist, Lani has helped us streamline our proposal process and tracks the fees as a project develops. He is also a resource for Project Leads and helps them to manage their teams and project fees.
His background is in architectural technology and he was an integral member of our Retail team where he managed some of our largest corporate accounts, taking the lead on designing new store locations for clients. Lani is skilled in the development of design and construction drawings and has also worked on multi-unit residential projects including Studio on Richmond in Toronto’s Entertainment District. He is proficient in both Revit and AutoCAD technologies. An avid traveler, Lani has worked abroad in both Ireland and Australia. He is also bilingual, and an ardent fan of Céline Dion.
