Kenzie draws upon her passion for materials and building systems and brings her unrelenting pursuit for design and technical excellence to each project she touches.

She joined the Studio in 2012, bringing in her background in commercial, residential and hospitality projects. Kenzie is especially skilled in concept design, design development, marketing materials, and preparation of documents and drawings relating to rezoning, permits and tenders. Her portfolio of work includes striking medium-scale buildings such as Abacus Lofts and 619 Queen Street West, as well as large and complex developments including Valhalla Urban Community, a redevelopment master plan envisioning a series of residential and commercial uses that blend into the existing planned context of the area, 3300 Highway 7, a new mixed-use project including residential, retail and office space, and 7082 Islington Avenue, a new residential development in Vaughan composed of four high-rise towers.
