Dev is equal parts creative and pragmatic which leads to inspired and functional designs. He received his Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Masters of Architecture at Carleton University.

Dev collaborates with ambitious developer clients on increasingly complex and demanding multi-unit residential and mixed-use developments across the Greater Toronto Area. His work includes the multiple award-winning Bata Shoe Factory, a conversion of a historic factory building into a contemporary commercial and residential property in Batawa; 7800 Jane Street, an iconic mixed-use development in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre; McNaughton Community, a series of residential buildings forming a transit-oriented community; and 3300 Rutherford Road, a master planned complete community in Vaughan.

Dev has been actively engaged in local industry networks, including volunteer roles with ULI Toronto and the Ontario Association of Architects.
