RioCan Leaside Centre

Location: Toronto, Canada

RioCan
Completion:
2025

A redevelopment of a site with a long history of industrial uses at the corner of Laird Drive and Eglinton Avenue East, RioCan Leaside Centre is designed as a gateway to the Leaside community and aims to serve a growing area with commercial, residential, retail and civic spaces, including a park. With the planned Eglinton LRT featuring a station at this key intersection, and surrounded by the Don Valley ravine system nearby, this new community looks to bridge the built city with the natural landscape at its doorstep.
