The redevelopment of the north portion of the Dufferin Mall site will replace surface parking with four residential buildings over two blocks, divided by a new road connecting Croatia Street with Dufferin Street. A new park at the southeast corner of the site will enhance the neighbourhood’s existing green space network while introducing a new “urban living room” for public enjoyment.
