Principal Richard Witt and Director of Innovation Michelle Xuereb attended the 19th Annual WoodWORKS! Ontario Awards on Wednesday, 26 February 2020 to accept the Mass Timber Wood Design Award for 80 Atlantic, alongside clients Leona Savoie and Eli Miller of Hullmark and Ross Strowger of Sunlife.

WoodWORKS!, a program organized by the Canadian Wood Council, aims to advance the use of wood in construction and development and recognizes wood projects which uphold best practices and celebrate innovation.

80 Atlantic is Ontario’s first completed mass timber commercial building in over a hundred years, pioneering a new urban office typology for many more timber frame projects and workplaces across the province.
