At the 36th BILD Awards on 28 April, Quadrangle was recognized for our work in the multi-unit residential sector, winning two awards for industry-leading work.

The Best Design Team award was awarded to Quadrangle in conjunction with Fieldgate Homes and Hullmark Developments. While the award recognized overall design excellence, the work our architectural and interior design teams have done with Fieldgate and Hullmark on Heartwood - The Beach was the deciding factor. Heartwood will be the first six-storey wood residential building built in Toronto after Ontario's recent building code changed and marks an exciting development for the mid-rise building typology.

Our interiors team was awarded Best Luxury Suite Design for their work on the luxury penthouse component of The High Park, an award they share with the client, North Drive Investments. The High Park is a Quadrangle designed mid-rise condominium located on the cusp of Toronto’s High Park. While the interiors were primarily designed by Cecconi Simone, this award recognizes the work our team did on the multi-storey customized penthouse suite that overlooks the adjacent parklands.
