A unique collection of luxury condominium units were built on top of an existing commercial tower on the busiest and most desirable stretch of Toronto's "Mink Mile". 130 Bloor is an innovative approach to heritage and intensification, preserving both a 1960s office tower and a famous penthouse, while adding luxurious apartments above a busy, occupied urban structure.
