Working with the Remington Group and Quebecois artist Patrick Amiot, Quadrangle designed the housing for a carousel featuring rideable sculptures in Amiot’s trademark style. Quadrangle’s housing structure is a minimalist building with a reflective ceiling, meant to capture the movement and colour of Amiot’s creation, creating an encompassing, immersive experience for riders. Our work on this project also included a nearby reflecting pool that will double as a skating rink in the winter and a small structure that will house change rooms, a retail outlet and maintenance equipment.
