Caroline Robbie

Born into a creative family, Caroline shaped her aesthetic through early exposure to seeing how built forms and the decorative arts affect quality of life.

An award-winning interior designer with more than three decades of experience in the industry, she joined Quadrangle in 2007 and became a principal of the firm in 2012. She leads design phases of both large and small-scale projects. Skilled at managing complex challenges, Caroline has delivered on a number of high-profile projects, including the interiors fit-out for the Corus Quay media/entertainment headquarters, the relocation for Deluxe at 901 King West and the revitalization of 60 Atlantic Avenue. Caroline is a Director of IDC, the Interior Designers of Canada, and a former Board member at ARIDO.  She also serves on the advisory board of Creative Cities International, a global alliance of practitioners in architecture, planning, finance, transportation and the creative industries. She has juried industry awards programs for ARIDO and Best of Canada and has been an adjunct professor at Ryerson University and OCAD University.  Inspired by her artist mother and architect father, Caroline studied lighting design, costume design and fine arts before earning an interior design degree from Ryerson.
