The new headquarters for a growing, design-focused development client encompasses the full second floor of a restored art deco heritage building with stairs leading down to a "sunken living room" amenity space for staff with games, a gym and showers. Vintage lighting and furniture pieces, factory-style steel screens, and a green marble reception desk recall the art deco style of the building with a modern twist.
