Eglinton and Leslie is an urban intensification project along the new Eglinton Crosstown LRT route, establishing a multi-tower mixed-use community surrounded by a large urban park. The park is designed to be the centrally located hub for the community, with a proposed open field, congregation area with seating and playground. The proposed five-tower site are proposed to range from 13 to 49 storeys, containing 1,846 residential units.
