Location: Toronto, Canada
Client:
Hullmark Developments Ltd.
Completion:
2020

80 Atlantic is about using modern building science to revive a century-old construction methodology. The companion project to its neighbour, 60 Atlantic, 80 Atlantic moves from the tough Corten of 60 to a refined brass that will define the building’s beautiful lobby. Granular coordination of all building systems will give a clean, clear finished look to this five-story wood office building and future home to Universal Music Canada.
