Studio on Richmond Condominiums Studio on Richmond Condominiums
Just west of Toronto’s downtown core is The Entertainment District, a neighbourhood characterized by masonry-clad, mid-rise warehouse buildings, most of them converted to new uses by a growing community of media, entertainment, advertising and related businesses.

1990 Bloor Street West 1990 Bloor Street West
Located adjacent to transit across from a major park, this mid-rise infill project in Toronto’s Bloor West Village maintains the unique individualism of the area while enhancing the streetscape.
Downtown Markham Downtown Markham
Envisioning a European-style urban community in which pedestrians and public transit take priority over private vehicles, The Remington Group commissioned Quadrangle to implement a comprehensive master plan for Downtown Markham.
Serene Condominiums Serene Condominiums
Situated in one of Guelph, Ontario’s main city corridors, Serene Condominiums is a six-storey mid-rise building that is changing the condominium landscape in the City of Guelph.
838 Broadview Avenue 838 Broadview Avenue
838 Broadview Avenue expresses its mid-rise form as a series of horizontally stacked units, allowing it to cohesively transition to the neighbourhood to the west.
TUX Condominiums TUX Condominiums
Over 40 storeys in height, TUX condominiums’ narrow and elongated form will be an elegant addition to the Toronto skyline. Beginning in the lobby, a prominent copper ribbon divides and ascends the building, to reduce its mass and to accentuate its key common space.
Rain Towers Rain Towers
Encompassing an entire city block in the rapidly developing Shunde district of Foshan, Rain Towers is a true mixed-use development.

Meadowpine Gateway Meadowpine Gateway
Meadowpine Gateway comprises two identical seven storey office buildings situated on a 12.5 acre site located in the boarder of Mississauga, Ontario. Signifying the site’s “gateway” location, this commercial development sits on the outer edge of the Mississauga boundary, visible along highway 401 and 407.
Barcelona Hostel Competition Barcelona Hostel Competition
Hostel Artemisia represents a visionary and unique conceptual approach to the hostel typology by integrating the infrastructure of a highly sustainable vertical farm within an international quality hostel.
John H. Daniels Faculty Competition John H. Daniels Faculty Competition
Designed in joint venture with Sauerbruch Hutton of Berlin, Quadrangle’s finalist design proposed a nine storey addition enclosed and cantilevered over the courtyard of the existing 1920s building.
Abacus Lofts Abacus Lofts
In a neighbourhood undergoing a major revitalization, the dynamic mid-rise form of Abacus will be the first major residential development along Dundas Street West.

36 Hazelton Lanes
Located in the heart of the upmarket neighbourhood of Yorkville, in Toronto, the former home of St. Basil’s Catholic School has been restored and converted into a 19 unit luxury condominium.
City Centre Kitchener Development City Centre Kitchener Development
Quadrangle’s design for City Centre brings a new street-oriented destination to the heart of Kitchener, revitalizing a prime location across from City Hall.
619 Queen Street West 619 Queen Street West
The site of a famous fire, 619 Queen St West has been empty for the past few years, with the building that once contained Suspect Video a faded memory. The character of its context, Queen Street West, has been codified in a recently prepared Heritage Conservation District (HCD) policy outlining size, aperture, material and overall built form of any replacement being strictly governed.
