We take more than one approach to designing multi-unit residential buildings, exploring varied styles and drawing upon a wealth of technical expertise from within the community and around the globe. One focus of our practice is mid-rise buildings,a form of architecture that can define a city’s overall look and feel. To ensure each structure is a positive addition to the built environment, we implement a range of design strategies, including building pedestrian connections, using retail and live-work units to orient buildings to the street, and deploying massing techniques to achieve desired density while complementing the surrounding architecture. We also have extensive experience in single and multi-phased high-rise developments, designing rental and condominium properties that reflect the requirements of a constantly evolving city.
